Supply Chain Manager
Our client is a leading premium chocolate brand, renowned for its long-standing craftsmanship, high-quality products, and innovations such as the conching process, which gives the chocolate its distinctive velvety texture. Today, the client operates globally, with its products available in more than 120 countries.
Our cooperation in the POSM area began in 2025. Fulfilio supports the client with operational activities related to preparing materials and products for promotional campaigns, including delivery notifications, cost estimates, and settlements.
The promotional campaigns required the efficient preparation of large volumes of ready-made sets in accordance with specific packaging standards. Ensuring process consistency, correctly labelling each batch, and conducting ongoing quality control of both individual and bulk packaging were essential.
Although the processes were relatively straightforward, the scale of the operations required careful work planning, properly prepared workstations, and continuous supervision of quality and productivity.
Fulfilio’s role in the project included not only co-packing services but also procurement support. Fulfilio’s procurement team was responsible for sourcing the heart-shaped metal tins used in one of the promotional campaigns.
As a result, the client received comprehensive support — from sourcing packaging components and organising the packing process to labelling, quality control, bulk packaging, and preparing finished pallets for collection.
As part of our cooperation with the client, we completed two co-packing projects for promotional products. Our task was to prepare finished sets in two packaging formats, label them, and secure them for collection by the client. In total, we handled approximately 231,000 product units. The process included preparing workstations and resources, quality control, batch and expiry-date labelling, bulk packaging, and palletisation.

Preparation of the process
We established the production and delivery schedule, planned staffing requirements, and prepared the workspace, equipment, and stations for packing, printing, quality control, and finished-product storage.

Co-packing and product labelling
We packed pralines into promotional packaging, sealed and secured the packs, and printed batch numbers and expiry dates.

Quality control and preparation for collection
We verified the packing method and the weight of both individual and bulk packages. The finished cartons were labelled, palletised, stretch-wrapped, and marked with logistics labels.

Before each campaign began, we prepared product samples and sent photographs to the client for approval. Once approved, we proceeded with the full co-packing process, monitoring team productivity and quality at every stage.
Campaign 1: Pralines in a Heart-Shaped Metal Tin
The first campaign involved preparing approximately 191,000 heart-shaped metal tins. Each tin was filled with four pralines.
After closing each tin, we secured it with two stickers and printed the batch number and expiry date. The finished tins were packed in batches of 10 into outer cartons with fitted inserts. The cartons were then sealed, labelled, palletised, and stretch-wrapped.
Campaign 2: Pralines in Promotional Cartons
The second campaign involved preparing approximately 40,000 promotional cartons. Each carton was formed and then filled with eight pralines.
Once closed, each carton was secured with a transparent sticker and marked with the batch number and expiry date. The cartons were then packed in batches of 10 into outer packaging. The final stage included labelling the cartons, palletising and stretch-wrapping them, and applying labels to the finished pallets.
