  4. Your Rights:
    • You have the right to access, obtain a copy, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of your personal data.
    • You also have the right to object to processing based on the legitimate interest of the Controller and to data portability.
    • To exercise these rights, please contact the Data Protection Officer (DPO) using the contact details provided in Section 3.
  5. Right to Withdraw Consent:
    • If your data is processed based on your consent (e.g., for data beyond what is required by the Labor Code), you have the right to withdraw consent at any time by sending a request to biuro@pro-people.pl.
    • Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

  • Some IT infrastructure providers (e.g., Microsoft services) may access data remotely from third countries.
  • The European Commission has issued an adequacy decision regarding the United States for companies participating in the Data Privacy Framework.   • In other cases, we apply Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), copies of which are available upon request.
