Desktronic is a Lithuanian brand specializing in ergonomic office furniture – primarily height-adjustable desks and chairs. The company has been active across European markets and, in 2025, began its expansion into Poland.
Desktronic’s mission is to make workplace comfort a standard rather than a luxury. The brand’s products combine high-quality craftsmanship with affordability, made possible through optimized production processes.
Entering a new market—in this case, Poland—came with a number of logistical and operational challenges:
Oversized products – height-adjustable desks and chairs required specialized warehouse processes and dedicated storage space.
Shipping costs from Lithuania to Poland – storage in close proximity to the client’s main warehouse helped reduce overall costs.
Warehouse processes – the client expected transparency and operational order, comparable to the service standard of SecretLab.
Implementation complexity - involved integrating the client’s online store with marketplaces such as Allegro and Amazon, adapting administrative processes, and coordinating across multiple departments.
Desktronic’s products - desks and chairs - require a non-standard approach to logistics. Instead of applying generic procedures, Fulfilio designed a tailored service model that supports the company’s business growth in Poland and its further expansion across Europe.

Thanks to its partnership with Fulfilio, Desktronic quickly and successfully entered the Polish market. Logistics became a solid foundation for further growth. A key element of this success was reliability—99.5% of all orders placed before 2:00 p.m. leave the warehouse the very same day.

Working with Fulfilio has opened new growth opportunities for Desktronic. Looking ahead, our collaboration will also cover returns management and repackaging of damaged products, as well as ongoing improvements in warehouse processes and workplace safety.
